Joost is the CEO of Cardano Development and founder of TCX – the currency exchange fund. It hedges the currency and interest rate mismatch that is created in cross-border investments between international investors and local market participants in frontier and less liquid emerging markets. TCX was the first initiative of Cardano Development. Joost has a long and varied track record in development finance. Joost is a member of the Supervisory Board of BIX and non-voting member of the Investment Committee.
